• I can't believe I waited so long to get this.

I had been wanting a water softener for a very long time. We found Melissa and decided to go for it. She was very sweet and such a friendly person to talk to. She knows her business and is very knowledgeable. When I found out I could move it to my next house, I was 100% sold. Installation was quick and easy. I've had the system for a few months now and I absolutely love it. The water leaves your skin and hair feeling amazing. I can't believe I waited so long to get this. I will never live without a system like this again. Just buy one, you will not be disappointed I promise.

• Very Knowledgeable

We moved to Henderson from out-of-state. We found the water here to be very harsh on our skin and hair. We were getting calcium build-up on our appliances and glass, and we’d heard of the poor water quality. In Jan. 2021, Melissa came to our house. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. She even helped us with other information, as we were new to the area. 🙂 We did not want a system that would be hard and time-consuming to maintain. Melissa eased our worries. She explained all that needed to be done, the work that would be covered, and said they could annually change the filters, for a small charge (free the first time), if we wanted to go that way. The fact that they are in so many of the big casinos, gave us confidence of the reliability of this company and assurance that they would still be around if we needed them. Although we were in the midst of the Covid pandemic and nearly everything else we had ordered was on hold, H2O to GO was able to install the system and get us up and running within a week. We were very happy about that! Cam, the installer, worked very quickly and efficiently. He left everything clean and neat. He also explained everything and answered our questions. Everything has been working well. Adding the salt, every couple of months, is a breeze. Months later, we requested a service call. Melissa talked to Sid, the General Manager. He had someone out to our house the next morning. Great service! We are very satisfied with this system, would get it again, and highly recommend this company to others.

• Absolutely Wonderful

Melissa R. was absolutely wonderful to have in our home. She’s the epitome of professionalism and as genuine as they come. Melissa spent a few hours with us explaining water and the product her company specializes in. There wasn’t a question that went unanswered and her honesty with the quotes she provided were spot on. All the prices are comparable but our decision weighted heavily on how well Melissa represented herself and the H2O to Go Company. Melissa’s bottomline prices also beat the other 4 companies we received. There were no hidden cost/fees after installation. The installation guy was prompt, professional and tidy. The product is as advertised by the company l. Overall we’re 100% satisfied with the product and representation of the H2O to Go employees.

• Combat Veteran has Effortless Purchase

Combat Veteran has Effortless purchase !!! I called for appointment and was setup with appointment the next day. Melissa showed up at exact time of the appointment. She was able to test our water and go over what we need here in our house in Skye Canyon Las Vegas. We found out our water was really hard. She was able to immediately have install the water softener unit, run pipes and hoses and clean up the area within 2 hours. I am very grateful for the fast, efficient and professional service. This company is definitely for Veteran.

• Happy with the Equipment.

We are very happy with the equipment. Melissa is very down to earth and know what she’s talking about. She even shares her knowledge and experiences and more important thing is she doesn’t come to your house to force sale. She’s there to guide you and make recommendations towards your preference and goals. She will stay there as long as you need to make sure you understand what your are getting. Her appointments are spot on and checks if everything is done right. The tech works really fast but not cutting corners because he understands that your water is off while he is working. He explains and also answers questions regarding plumbing issues to best of his knowledge. We are so glad and blessed that we contacted Melissa.

Let me start by saying from start to finish H2O to go has been amazing. Melissa was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the system. Everyone that I had contact with, from my consultation with Melissa to the guys in installation to my service tech. Melissa did not try to up sale me or pressure me into buying something that I did not need. She didn’t talk bad about the competitors and was very honest about the product. The price for my system was very reasonable. I met with 5 other companies before choosing H2O to Go. I am very satisfied with system. Just had my 1 year filter change and my Service Tech Montie came out. He was very professional and explained to me how to change the filters if I wanted to do it myself. He also checked to make sure everything was working great with the unit in the garage. It’s nice to have a company that employs such knowledgeable and caring employees. Keep up the good work. I definitely recommend this company.

• Service was Great

Service was great and Melissa and the tech were friendly and professional. We received services promptly after contacting her which was great. This is our first soft water system, since we’re originally from MA. Melissa was very knowledgeable and her prices were reasonable compared to the many other soft water systems companies we’ve talked to. Melissa was straight forward and transparent as well! So far, no issues with our water, tech install went smoothly. It’s been about a month since the install and my hair and skin feel great! Would recommend to others in the Vegas area for sure.
